Terms & Conditions
We require the details and information supplied by you. All vehicles must be fulfilled the following which is mention below:- Be drivable with functioning breaks, handbrake, and windows.
- No damage and /or hanging parts.
- Minimum ground clearance of 150mm / 15cm
- Vehicle weight should not be exceed 3 ton
- Minimum ¼ tank of fuel *Refuel fee application if vehicle runs out of fuel.
- Please contact us if your vehicle does not meet with the mention requirements and you wish to transport with us.
Standard dimention are as follows:
Car / Sedan:
- Length – 5.1m or under
- Width – 2m or under
- Height – 1.65m or under
Light Commercial / 4WD / SUV:
- Length – 5.2m or under
- Width – 2m or under
- Height – 1.9 or under
GOODS IN VEHICLE OPTION:
Unless the Goods in the vehicle option is selected all vehicles must be empty.Please note that this service allows:

EMPTY VEHICLE:
A vehicle will still be considered empty even with the following items which is mention below:- Spare tire
- Jack
- Tool kit (associated with the vehicle)
- Fitted Baby Seats / Booster Seats and window shades
COLLECTION OF VEHICLE(S) FROM THE DEPOT:
When you select our depot to depot service the delivered vehicles to a depot must be collected within 2 business days of arrival. Vehicles which are not collected within this timeframe may incur daily storage fees.WHO WE ARE:
When you use our services you must acknowledge that Fast Auto Mover working as your agent to get you the best possible price and services they don’t have their own fleet trucks, Fast Auto Mover does not directly perform the vehicle transport. In addition, when you transport your vehicle with us you accept that it is the carrier that holds the all responsibility of transporting your vehicle, not Fast Auto Mover. This implies that you are agree to the carrier’s terms and conditions and understand that if any damage occurs, the carrier will handle it for you. In case of any damage of your vehicle we are not personally liable for this and will not cover that loss personally.TRANSIT TIME:
Fast Auto Mover “Pickup Dates” and Transit Days are approximates only and refers to business days and exclude weekends and public holidays. Our transit times may vary. Additionally, factors such as weather conditions, acts of nature, freight dependency, and location. Our transit time starts from the date of collection or the business day after drop-off at the depot. Fast Auto Mover does not guarantee collection time or delivery time frames. Please do not plan holidays, trips and/or meetings using our estimated transit times.MODIFYING A BOOKING:
Request to a booking must be received in writing to info@fastautomover.com modifying a booking may result in additional charges. Please contact our helpline number customer service care team for further information.DAMAGE TO A VEHICLE:
Carriers do not provide cover for any incidence that is beyond their control such as pre-existing damage. Hidden defects, whether damage airborne objects, insect damage, bird damage, scratches, or normal wear and tear carrier has no liability for damage or loss to any standard and non-standard motor vehicle accessory which is not permanently affixed to the vehicle (including and not limited to number plates, antennas, bulbar, awnings, roof racks, louvers, rain shields, bonnet protectors, bug protectors, sunshades, lights and/ or sirens, eyelash or additional vehicle accessories)CANCELLEING A BOOKING:
If you want to cancel your booking all cancellation request must be received in writing to info@fastautomover.com and a cancellation fee is applicable of $200 per booking. (Furthermore details are mention below)If your cancellation is not received in writing and/or is cancelled less than 48 hours notice or a carrier picked up your vehicle and on way to destination a futile fee will be applicable in addition to the cancellation fee. If your vehicle has been allocated a space for transport “planned load” and you made a decision to cancel a booking for any reason, the total cost of the booking may be forfeited.
USE OF SERVICES:
- Users must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during booking process.
